Notice of Public Hearing
Town of Trade Lake – Comprehensive Plan Update
The Town of Trade Lake will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Trade Lake Town Hall located at 11811 Town Hall Road, Frederic, WI 54837, for the purpose to hear comments, consider revisions, deletions, refinements, and updates to all chapters of the 2043 Town of Trade Lake Comprehensive Plan, chapters within the Comprehensive Plan document include Demographic Information, Resident Survey Results, Population & Housing, Transportation, Utilities & Community Facilities, Agricultural/Natural Resources/Cultural Resources, Economic Development, Intergovernmental Cooperation, Land Use, and Implementation Plan.
There will be an open house at the Trade Lake Town Hall from 5pm to 6pm on Aug. 8th for the public to review the material before the public hearing. Also, the complete draft plan update information is available on the Town’s website:

Written comments will be distributed to the Town Board for review and consideration.
The Town of Trade Lake board will adopt the 2043 Town of Trade Lake Comprehensive plan following the public hearing at the August 8, 2024 town board meeting.
