TOWN OF TRADE LAKE
LRIP PROJECT #19529
The Town of Trade Lake, Burnett County Wisconsin hereby gives notice that we will receive sealed bids Final Grade & Paving for Pine Lake Road and approach at Pine Lake Road on Mourning Dove Lane.
Project: Work to be provided will consist of:
* Final grade, water (if necessary) and compaction
* Pavement – application of 2” compacted thickness of hot mix asphalt pavement on roadway with Eleven (11) foot lanes. Approx length of 1,170’ on Pine Lake Road toward Mourning Dove Lane plus approach on Mourning Dove Lane (at Pine Lake Rd toward 180th St). No segregation of pavement surface after each truckload.
* Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, signage, and Proof of Insurance.
* Contractors must use Town of Trade Lake bid documents for the bid submission process.
* Bids must follow LRIP terms and conditions. All bids must include proof of insurance.
Bid Deadline: Bids must be received by 6 pm Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Sealed bids shall be in an envelope clearly labeled: “LRIP Pine Lake Rd – Paving Sealed Bid”

Opening and Awarding: Bids will be opened and awarded at the March 12, 2026 Monthly Town Board Meeting 6pm, at the Town Hall, 11811 Town Hall Rd, Frederic, WI 54837
Bid Rejections/Acceptance: Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid which best serve the interests of the Town.
