REVALUATION NOTICE
A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Trade Lake shall occur for the 2026 assessment year. The assessor, Ron Meyer with Meyer Assessing, will be in the Town of Trade Lake April thru August 2026. Revaluation notices are expected to be sent to property owners in September 2026. If anyone desires to have the Assessor view their property or if you have assessment questions please call Ron Meyer at 715-232-9068 or email with your contact information at meyerassessing92@gmail.com
Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Wisconsin State Law (secs. 943.13 & 943.15, WI Stats).
The ability to enter land is subject to several qualifications and limitations, as described in the statutes. Copies of the applicable statutes can be obtained at public depositories throughout the State of Wisconsin and from the State of Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau website (www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/stats.html), or a copy may be obtained from the municipal clerk upon payment of applicable copying charges.
